The NATO Science and Technology Organization (STO) Collaboration Support Office (CSO) and particularly the Information Systems Technology (IST) Panel are pleased to announce the registration opening for the IST Annual Symposium 2026 – International Conference on Military Communication and Information Systems (ICMCIS), which will take place on 12-13 May 2026 in Bath, United Kingdom.

Held as a STO IST Panel activity (IST-224 RSY), ICMCIS 2026 will be conducted at Public Release level andis open to citizens of NATO Nations, NATO bodies, Australia, Japan, Republic of Korea, Switzerland and Ukraine under the Science & Technology Enhanced Partnership (STEP), as well as Mediterranean Dialogue nations, Austria, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Ireland, New Zealand and Singapore.

The Conference is in-person only.

Important: Registration is mandatory, including for Authors/Presenters, Keynote Speakers, Reviewers and Programme Committee Members.

The General Information Package (GIP) specifying fees, logistics, accommodation, travel, etc. will be accessible afteryour registration has been approved by the IST Panel Executive Office, in your Cvent confirmation email (we do not send the GIP by email for security reasons and kindly ask you not to share it as well).

All registrants will need to pay the participation fee of £260 (GBP Pounds Sterling). The payment to our UK hosts will be made after the Cvent online registration process, once they send you a link to a separate payment website.

Please ensure that you enrol before 13 April 2026 at 23:59 CET (Paris time). Registration will then be closed.
