Authors are encouraged to link their paper to the challenges military are facing when operating in an urban environment and illustrate how their research can contribute to more safe and successful missions. The conference will conclude with a panel discussion on benefits for the military of the papers presented.

Authors are invited to submit original and unpublished papers. The link to the electronic system for submitting papers is at the bottom of the page.

Only full papers (not summaries) with no more than 8 pages, including abstract and figures will be considered for review.

Plenary, regular and poster sessions are planned.

How to make a new submission

This article discusses a submission procedure to EasyChair. It is recommended for first time users or for everyone experiencing difficulties with submission.


In a nutshell, the procedure for submission is the following:

  1. Create an EasyChair account, if you do not have one yet
  2. Follow the submission link from the conference Web site
  3. Log in
  4. Click on „New Submission”
  5. Fill out the submission form and click on „Submit”
